Left for work this morning and my Golf was making a clunk clunk clunk sound coming from the passenger side rear of my car. After some very explicit wishful thinking I decided maybe it need to be checked out. Aliso Foreign Car is next door to me and open early so I headed over thinking I needed new brakes. Needless to say a few hours after a very friendly check-in I get a call from Kent your brakes are fine they don't need to be replaced. Wanted to know what sound it was making. Did my best impression and told him the area the sound was coming from. In a Click and Clack Brothers worthy moment he said all right thanks that tells me something. Next call I got was loosely quoted as "you're ready to go your E Brake wasn't releasing I cleaned it up." My bill was for labor and its ready to go. Dealer would have said I'm crazy and charged more then 200 to leave and who knows what to get it fixed when it became an issue. Will recommend emphatically.

I have been taking my cars to Aliso Foreign Car for many, many years. I have had many cars over the years as well as my kids cars. Kent is super nice, extremely knowledgable and very honest. First time using Aliso Foreign Auto. Had to tow my dad's Kia Optima to Kent (the owner) after he had a minor incident involving damage to the underside of His car. Turns out it was major, needed a new transmission. Kent was very patient, as Tripple A insurance dragged their asses for several days before giving Kent the green light to move forward with the job. Once given the go ahead, he completed the job a couple days ahead of estimate. During this process, Communication back-and-forth was perfect between Kent and myself. I've waited a few weeks to write this and everything is great with the transmission replacement. Looks like I'll be returning to Kent and his crew for future Maintenance & repair. Thanks guys

Everyone has a story about a bad experience with a mechanic or dealer. But not here. Owner Kent pinpointed a long-time problem on our '06 Lincoln Zephyr, fixing an electrical issue that the dealer was unable to find/repair 3 separate times ! I then delivered both my sister's Toyota Rav 4 as well as my '05 HONDA Accord to have both serviced. But the best was finding a guy who knew '55 Chevys. Difficult for me to find someone who both understood my classic car issues as well as servicing them. Fixed a couple of long-term issues as well as locating the right re-built carb that was needed. My '55 starts up immediately and runs like new. One stop shop ! The "waiting room" is clean & uncluttered, and I noticed the shop area was just as clean and orderly. That says something about the people who work there. Happy to refer anyone & everyone to Aliso Foreign Car for all their automotive repairs.
I took a shot in the dark and google searched foreign auto repair and started calling. Needless to say, it could only go two ways, very good or very bad. For me, on my second attempt I got Kent and he was awesome from the moment he said hello. Aliso Foreign Car is my new home for all my car care needs.
