my initial review was low due to the excessive cost for Toyota Prius, however. it appears that parts was a great quality and value, it is been running for more than a year like new. I completely agree with Kate and Justin. Looks like this is their style. My son went to do oil change for Toyota Prius and end up with over $300 bill. They called us and said need work for rear brakes. cost for rear brakes is $245. I changed my complete set and machined the rotors at Brake Stop little more than year for $175. This is a ridiculous and unjustified charges. They way i read this, they use minor services as a tool to get you for an added extra work that can wait or to the least not urgent. No way 1/2 set of brake pads for Toyota Prius will cost $245. No wonder they charged Kate's husband $700 for complete set for 4-Runner. Very unreasonable and unfair. My wife and I have been bringing our foreign and domestic cars to Kent and Scott for at least 20 years. We have always known them to be friendly, helpful, honest, timely, competent and fair! We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.

Left for work this morning and my Golf was making a clunk clunk clunk sound coming from the passenger side rear of my car. After some very explicit wishful thinking I decided maybe it need to be checked out. Aliso Foreign Car is next door to me and open early so I headed over thinking I needed new brakes. Needless to say a few hours after a very friendly check-in I get a call from Kent your brakes are fine they don't need to be replaced. Wanted to know what sound it was making. Did my best impression and told him the area the sound was coming from. In a Click and Clack Brothers worthy moment he said all right thanks that tells me something. Next call I got was loosely quoted as "you're ready to go your E Brake wasn't releasing I cleaned it up." My bill was for labor and its ready to go. Dealer would have said I'm crazy and charged more then 200 to leave and who knows what to get it fixed when it became an issue. Will recommend emphatically.
